Yes. Very much so. I consider P&S as a living, changing community and have extended friendship to many along the way. Many know that I keep my Yahoo IM open and I welcome all respectable visitors, and I've spent countless hours chatting with, advising and consoling those i consider my truest online friends.
One poor dear friend lost her beloved dog the other day to being run over and I feel I was almost as much help to her as was her own family.

There are some friends I met on here that I love so much. They are so nice, and give me such good advice. Trust me after being the school I go to it's hard to believe there's a single nice person in the world. So on the net it's refreshing. Of course I do have my real life buddies but hey it all works out.
