unfortunately no. im sorry though. did that happen to you? :(

Oh no, too bad.

no, i think that will be a good reason for me not to buy one

No, but I can feel your pain. My car was swamped during a recent rainstorm and now smells to holy heaven. Good luck to you!

Um, no I have to give a speech today. My topic is obesity. Would you like me to read it to you? It goes something like this...

*ahem*

Obesity can be defined in several ways. Merriam-Webster's Dictionary defines it as “a condition characterized by the excessive accumulation and storage of fat in the body.” However, I see it as an early death. Obesity begins innocently enough. We eat good tasting but high-calorie food and don't burn off the calories. Some of us are strapped for time and hit up the fastest place to get food, making it a habit. Some of us eat when our emotions go crazy, but most of us just like the tastes of certain foods. Time magazine says that “two-thirds of U.S. adults are officially overweight.” Half that number have full blown obesity. Whats worse is that about 1 in 6 kids, ages 6 to 19, are overweight. Unfortunately, most people don't realize the health risks involved in unhealthy eating habits.

Most people that are overweight have bodies that are ransacked with illness. Diabetes, high blood pressure and cholesterol, heart disease, and cancer are all broad categories of diseases that can overtake an overweight body. The nitrates and free-radicals that can be found in most “junk foods” off set the human body's “healthy” cells, causing many forms of cancer, including colon and breast cancer. Consuming too many carbohydrates and sugars can cause the pancreas to lack in it's production of insulin, or the body just cannot use it properly. A sedentary life style combined with a diet high in trans and saturated fat can cause heart disease and will definitely cause both high blood pressure and high cholesterol.

But what can one do to prevent such a catastrophe of a body? Be informed. Read the information that is now provided by many food companies and manufacturers, and also many health services and companies to better be informed on how to combat this deadly illness. Learn how to read food labels. This is important to understand the ingredients that are going to into your body, and the portion and serving sizes that are alloted for a particular food item. Quantity and quality really do go together when making wise food choices. It is recommended that one should exercise five times a week for 30 minutes to an hour. As it is probably best for your body, in todays day and age, that amount of time can seem a bit unrealistic. I would say that even two days a week of aerobic exercise would greatly improve ones health and jump start the body's metabolism. Aerobic exercise (walking, running, jump rope, etc.) really strengthens the cardiac muscle and helps to improve blood circulation. And of course, take time out to eat healthy. Stock up on fresh fruits and vegetables, whole grain products, and plenty of water. Healthy foods are more satisfying and your body will thank you in the end.

nope
i have to go places today!

sorry about your car !!
that would be rele bad!!!

No I would not have decided to stay home because I would be bringing my car to the Auto Repair Shop to fix it. So while they are fixing it, I would be commuting either by a bus or a taxi until the auto repairman calls me that it's already fix. It's important that I would go to office still to earn my incomes and not be a loss just because my sunroof seal just got ripped off.

No.
