If you were to go back to the middle ages, what would you do for work?!

Question: Inventor doesn't count...

Answers: Inventor doesn't count...

Blacksmith or scholar. Since, I'm an engineer, I could do wonders in either category. And it's all logical too, so i wouldn't have to worry about being persecuted for witchcraft.

Pirate.

Doctor.

With what we generally know about the human body and germs, we are still far more advanced than even the top Doctor from then. In comparison, we are like a a college professor compared to a 6th grader when it comes to our knowledge of healing and how the body works.

I should enter a convent...yes me. The religious life was a way a woman could gain education, prestige and power.
I really admire the Abbess Hildagard of Bingen.
Not to mention a good way of not dying early worn out with child birth or dying in childbirth.

Run/work at the family vinyard (it has been in the family since the 1300's)

hmmm i guess i would be a feminist novelist, spurring the women on to sufferage, or a governess to a young earl's sister. while teaching her and helping her through the pangs of disappointed love and the troubles in friendship, i would continue my own romance with her dashing brother. after making sure she is well of with a distinguished duke, i'd take the earl to myself, and then i'd just be a housewife, ya know ....... supervise the servants, the kids' education, hone my own skills, read a lot from the vast library, help my husband through the normal day to day problems at Court, yup, i'd be happy!!!!!!!!!!!

Id probably be a servant like the rest of the women in my family were

Nothing ......... My Man would be working ....... I'd be home cooking and cleaning, and taking care of my (one) child.

Not sure but I think I would have loved being a carpenter with the right training
