What rules your world?!
Question: i have been living on my own ever since i was 18 becuase i dont like my family at all. they were always jerks to me so i moved out. anyway i have done rather well for myself. i make more than enough money to support me and if i had a wife or girlfriend it would more than enough. when i first moved out i was all about money. now i am beginning to realize that money is not all its cracked up to be. and i know what your thinking, its cause you have it. but even when you have it your not always happy. i'm not saying i'm not happy, just that there is more to life than money. so my question for you is, Is there more than money in your life? or does money rule your world?

When I was younger I used to listen to my mom and aunt always talking about how they were gonna win the lotto or something. They just wanted financial freedom.
I always used to think to myself, why do they say that? why can't they just work it out or fix their problems? I thought money wouldn't make them happy.
Now, that I am an adult with an office job, husband, and kid I can see how they just wanted to escape.
In fact, I just caught myself thinking the same thing recently. My husband and I never really fight. We get along great. However, this last year was rough because he was out of a job. We really struggled and the only thing that we fought over were financial related things. It's horrbile I know but we were really stressed.
It was really hard not being able to shop or take my kid places, not going to a bday party because we couldn't afford a present. My husband and I couldn't date because we couldn't afford it. It took a toll on our relationship. We went through a rough patch and it was all about money.
My husband starts his new job today and we are sooooo happy. So, money does rule our world because other than that we are very happy.
Hope you find something to fill that void.

of course. money's not essential. family is though. my parents are amazing, but in your case, you should start a family or find some people to get involved with. money=greed. family/happiness=beneficial results. .
Money doesn't rule my world but my credit card debt does. Until that's paid off I am forced to work seven days a week and not be at home for four of them. My away from home job is baby sitting my 3 granddaughters so it's really fun, but....Until next fall I am a slave to my own mistakes.
theres WAY more than money in my life! i dont really care to have it all the time but i do like to have it but i dont usually spendit on me. on my pets usaully or my friends. but what rules my world is my pets(or animals in general) and friends!!!
same here i dont get along with my family at all. and im 17. there always makin me mad and i end up the one who has to go and live with somone else in my family who i dont want to while my sister gets to pick. it makes me mad!!
My health rules my world.....!
no money doesnt rule my world but at the moment neither does love.....its more like depression and pessimistness rule my world at the moment.....
To have money would be nice, I work hard everyday JUST TO GET MY ENDS TO WAVE TO EACH OTHER. but money does not rule my world.......

My childhood was not that great , so I try to make their childhood better than mine....... making them happy is what rules my world..........
