I've heard it's called slap happy. I think it has something to do with your brain being tired and not comprehending things like usual so therefore you laugh at stupid things.
yes everything is funny when u are tired i wonder why that is? I get so crazy when i'm sleepy!
Because when you are tired chemicals in your brain make you light headed and giddy, so you get rather silly and silly things become funny.
