When you were growing up, what was the weather like on Halloween night?!
Question: Did you ever have to trick-or-treat in a heavy coat or through the snow?
Answers: Did you ever have to trick-or-treat in a heavy coat or through the snow?
Yes, I've been trick or treating in the rain, snow, freezing weather, and I didn't care. I've even been trick or treating when I've been sick as a dog. No matter how I feel, nothings going to stop me from getting a free sack of candy! HA HA!
Windy or cool, that's the best way
Yep, rarely. But it was a lot cooler then now.
yeah..
one time..there was 2 feet of snow..
It was always nice with a spooky overcast and about 90 degrees
frickin' freezing! I remember I had to wear a coat over my costume and I hated it! Now it's like summer!
I lived in Massachusetts so it was usually cold so my mom dressed us as Aunt Jemima from the syrup bottle with pillows etc... or a pumpkin with a garbage bag full of towels or sheets to keep us warm lol.
I lived in south dakota so must of the costumes were covered up by jackets and coats so it kinda sucked..usually long johns were required underneath
I was in Ohio so it was pretty damn cold! lol
my mom always made me wear like 10 layers of clothes under my costume so i looked huge :)
I lived in Alaska, does that answer your question? Yeah, I had to treck through the snow, but the street I lived on everyone was pretty close, so I didn't have to go too far. I miss those days, because where I live now, NOBODY trick-or-treats.
