Then there are monks and holy men. Obviously, not all of them are above temptation, but some certainly are. Especially those that live in the aforementioned extremely rural areas.

Yes for sure. Peoples in 3rd world countries who do not have the facility and also others who feel it is bad and those who have th fear of God all around the world.
Yes, you'd be surprised how sheltered some people are. People can grow up and never watch porn and then at that point it's fairly easy to not watch it. Porn can become an addiction just like anything else, but people who have never smoked don't need to smoke.
It's kinda like "breaking the seal" with drinking. After it's broken it's done, but before that it's not so bad to hold off. The more religious types won't even put themselves in the situation where they have the opportunity to watch it, so that makes it even easier to avoid.
In the industrialized nations of the world probably not too many. But i have seen a couple of unindustrialized nations and in my opinion, I would say better than 50% of the men on this earth have never seen porn and never will.
What is this about third world countries? Those people can't even eat, let alone surf the net. All you guys just suck, you know your doing it.
