Yes..I just drink a lot of water with them.
YEAH IT REALLY IS EASY. I CAN SWALLOW PILLS WITHOUT ANYTHING TO DRINK EVEN.
I have no problem with that... My grandmother did though. She put hers on a spoon and took them that way... Strange I know but it worked...
Crushing them up, that's the secret. They even make little gadgets that do it for you. I have the same problem. Hope this helps!

I just relax my mouth and swollow them coz I find that when I am trying to swollow them my mouth tenses up...lolz, but I just swollow as if they aren't there and it works. Yay! =)
just pretend like it's a bite of food and take a drink of pop and let it go down! I can swallow them with nothing to drink but I take the chance of them getting caught in my throat and me having to make extra spit to swallow them! LOL what!?!?

For some reason I can't swallow round pills. They get hung in my throat and I gag on them. If they are oval I can swallow them, no matter what size. It's really nasty when one starts dissolving on you. I have a vitamin I take that does that.
I can't stand it if they start to dissolve before I get them down. When my son was young, he had a problem swallowing pills. He got tired of it, so he took some plain M & M's and practiced swallowing those. It worked.
Just swallow it down with some water. It goes down easy and doesn't taste nearly as bad.
I wash mine down with water.
I am like that also if the pill is too big.
I generally cut them in half with the special pill cutter - makes it so much easier.
