I work with a few people that have faces relating to fruit. One girl looks like she is sucking a lemon, the other seriously has a face like an orange. All mottley and orange.

I have a friend who is a a whole cornucopia. He has Tomatoes for eyes. Squash fror brains. A radish nose. Mushroom head, and Corn teeth . Beleive it or not, he gets all the ladies. Unfortunately, he has a hard time warding off crows.
