Yes, i think all of us need a little therapy once in a while. and who ever said no is the one that needs it the most.
Good question Cherry ! when someone tells us we need therapy I say .....hahaha !! get it yourself... therapy is only something others will offer us as far as I can think.
how can someone tell you that you are in need of therapy when we are all individuals, can they know your inner self as you do?? no they will just push their opinion expecting you to be like them cause they have not found someone that they can relate to on their plane hence expecting someone to change for them...they say therapy... I say ha just enjoy.
I am the definition of a person who needs therapy because: a good amount of my friends died before I even hit 30, then my dad, followed by the rest of my family, except for 3, I was hit and killed by a drunk driver, messed up bad in that accident; married a guy who refuses to work and treats me like garbadge and only cares about himself, anger, abandonment, trust and low self esteem issues.
Well, no, I don't need therapy, but I could use some to help fine tune myself.
