Old Based on True Story TV Movies... know any?!
Question: I remember one long time ago. I don't know what it's called. It was based on a true story of a woman who had a man break in her house. When she struggled with him she sprayed pest control in his eyes and pushed him into her fireplace and blocked him in with a fireplace screen. She held the screen in place for a long time; too afraid he'll get back out and hurt her.

It is not based on a true story, but the Movie was called "Extremities" starring Farrah Fawcett. Farrah also did a critically acclaimed job on "The Burning Bed", which was based on a true story, so that might be the reaon for the mixup.
