Why are the same people always late at work?!

i seem to have this problem n if u ever find out y please let me kno so i can address it (yes i am the idiot who ALWAYS walks in 5-10 mins late)
i'm one of those people but not sure why
Because S*it happens more to some than others...and some s*it only happens to some people and some never experience s*it...and are the ones that take a s*it on others...and all I can think sometimes is that its a bunch of B ull S(-)it...and nobody really should do anything because you dont know all everything or all the s&it in others lives and would you really want to know it anyway? Just forgive them and hope they actually DO thier work when they get there...Plenty of on time fellows who dont do a d*mn thing while they are there except keep track of who got in on time...hehe.
