I would love an hour of nice quiet alone time. I'm a stay at home mom so I deal with kids all day long screaming and fighting with each other.

it depens on my day sometimes i want a whole day of being by myself so i can relax it depends on mood and the person

I love me time. There is no cell phone attached to my hip. No one to answer to, no responsibilities, I can think clearly, I can immerse myself in a movie and study how good the actors are.
Alone time is good. If you mean solitude as in nothing around and nothing to do. I would just go to sleep then.
