For me, my mile PR is 5:59, prolly could get it a bit lower now if i ran another time trial, my 5k PR is 21:13.

lol I am pretty slow compared to your time my mile is 8:32.....yea i know slow when i was in 3rd grade I could do it in 7:50...I am slowing down.....
