Have you ever been in a car crash and was it your fault?!
Question: Yes I have been in one a 15 year old kid that stole her dad's car hit my. She got ticketed and arrested for getting into a high speed chase with the cops.

Yup - 50 miles per hour head on with another car. Was an inexperienced 18 year old and lost it on an icy road.
Not my fault. I was stopped behind a van for two minutes when my car was hit from behind. Dude said he didn't see us sitting there.

I've been in a car crash, but it was nothing serious. No one was hurt, and no, it wasn't my fault.
Yes, but my car was the only one involved. I jumped it off the road at 90 mph, and totaled it. My friends still think someone else was driving, but it was me. Luckily I didn't get hurt.
Yup, Their was a yield sign so no other cars were coming and the person in front of me made a complete stop (for no reason) and I ran righ into to them....and I don't really know if it was my fault.
head on in a construction zone, me going 20 miles and hour and him going 30-35 on a dirt road. he came around the corner and lost control on the rocks and hit us head on. i was driving, my husband and 2 year old were in the back seat looking at comics. it was not my fault. turns out the guy had been drinking. nobody was hurt thank god.
Been in a couple...One not my fault, was sitting in traffic and was hit from behind which caused me to hit the car in front of me, I was p****d because I had only had my truck (brand new)for 3 days and it was the first time I was driving it into work, about $2500 damage, guy said he was tired and wasn't paying attention, good thing to do in rush hour traffic eh??...Second was a "no fault", was turning left at an intersection and a guy (heading towards me) ran the yellow light and hit me in back passengers side, spun around two or three times, car was a write-off....Those are the major, been a few little fender benders that didn't amount to anything....Again, one my fault, others not.
