I have never done that. But I do sometime substitute dinner with breakfast.
I don't think I have ever done that....although I used to demand cereal for dinner sometimes as a kid if I didn't like the dinner that was on offer.
omg like every single day haha. i'm obsessed with chocolate and i think i go by many days having chocolate and sweets as my only source of nutrition. i weigh 122 and am 5'5' or 5'6' i dunno if i'm really fat but i think im relatively thin so i guess its not bad except its reallllly unhealthy for non-weight-related stuff :[
