I'm tired but can't sleep. Why?!


Question: Simple answer: your stressed. Your body is tired due to all of your daily activities and frustration, yet you cannot go to sleep because you've probably got a lot on your mind. Relax. Take a hot bath. Listen to music (always works for me) or read a book. Try to do as much as you can to get away from your life. Hopefully this will work. If your sleeping problem persists, I suggest that you visit your MD. This way he can properly assist you and possibly give you sleeping pills such as Lunesta or Tylenol P.M. (Only if you're that desperate) I hope this helps you... = )

Cause your on the computer.

You probably can't get things off of your mind, or it could be that your laptop's in bed with you calling you to the Internet.

This NEVER happens to me for I am the kingpin!

try a cold shower,slows down your blood and relaxes you

Because you try too hard to sleep. Try staring out your window and thinking good thoughts.

You may be anxious or worried about something. If you have a radio in your room, try tuning in to some soothing instrumental music or a nature sounds machine. Try drinking some hot tea or milk. Relax with a aromatherapy pillow -- one you can heat up in the microwave and cradle around your neck. If all else fails, try a natural sleep aid like from Whole Foods.

This happens to me all the time, it usually happens when I slept in to late the day before. Just try to lay down and completly clear your mind. Good luck!!

because i have a test tommorow : ( , not too sure why you can't sleep, i'd be in bed if i were you ~!
