Question: ummm maybe because of the fact that they don't have access to bathroom facilities on a daily basis? I don't know...maybe they sh*t their pants.

Isn't the answer ovious? They smell because they live on the streets, are there showers or baths on the streets? No, therefore they smell.

They smell because they can't afford deodorant, soap, laundry detergent, and don't have showers readily available to them.
first, they're homeless which means they don't have a house to have a shower..
second, since they live in the streets they absorb all the sun rays , dirt and bacteria that will be a great factor in their hygiene..
Because you rich b*stards p*ss on us while were asleep aswell as pissing on us metaphorically why are there homeless people in a rich society cause your a bunch of greedy fukers.
not all homeless people smell! have you ever been camping for a few days, no shower access? not so easy to wash your clothes. jeez, give them a break. i've been around quite a few people WITH homes that smell worse!
obviously your hygeine is great! otherwise u'd realize that non-homeless folks smell to it's called B.O.
Dude they're homeless not all shelters can accomodate for all the homeless. lets see maybe they can scape up enough chump change and go to the car wash and wash up there. Since being clean is more important than eating!
