Texas and California.

texas...definitely
Texas and Florida
Out of all the states I've been to, Indiana and Illinois. It's not just that they're bad, but they're actively trying to be in everyone else's way.
MEMPHIS
Rochester New York is pretty bad.
I've driven in all 50 states over the last 52 years and I don't think anyone has a corner on the market. Although I will say that the large cities seem to have more rude drivers than the rural areas do. Also the ratio of rude drivers has increased steadily over the last 30 to 40 years.
In Michigan, we all say how bad Illinois drivers are.
Illinois has to have the worse. I drive to Wisconsin and it's like night and day once you cross the border.
any state where people have move from the east to.....i think that they have the attitude I can drive in sleet and snow I can drive in any condition and they just plow on......
Massachusetts, they're called Massholes for a reason. I've driven through New York and New Jersey and not had nearly the trouble I've had around Boston.
