yeah im in so cali... and its bad right here right now... im about 15 mins away from the irvine fire... about 2 hours away from the san diego fire and about an hour and a half away from the malibu fire... there are several other fires almost too many to try to name... this morning when i took my son to drop him off at day care you could see the orange glow on the horizon from the irvine fire and just a thick layer of smoke... its been hazy all day from the smoke and the dirt and debris whipped up from the winds... a couple of people i work with have family that have been evacuated because of the fire... its scary and theres no relief in sight at the moment as long as the winds keep up...
additional details... my coworker's daughter's house was just lost to the fire in lake arrowhead...

I live in the high desert. If I look towards the mountains I can see some smoke. Thank goodness their is none around here. I really feel bad about the homes being lost in the Lake Arrowhead fires. Most of these fires wont be contained until at minimum the end of this month.
