I LET it deplete in the last year.. post depression cause I broke my neck. WIerd. I still have all abilities and I am LETTING this happen... oh ya, I like cheese cake too!

heh, it is now...just had a whole lotta monkey love going on and my mindbodysoul is very tired now...mind you, no complaints. can't think of a better reason to lose strength.
Actually I feel stronger now than I have felt in a very long time, the healing process that I have been going through here with the help of my friends helps to strengthen me a little more each day!!
