Yep...I was real good to my chi last night. Wow!! talk about deep breathing.........I don't think meditation would help, just a nap afterward.

Yoga and transcendental meditation helps me. Being vegetarian helps too.
Definitely . When you come to realize that your "chi" is your life force, you will become more careful as to how you treat it.. Meditation , proper breathing and exercise of the body all help.
