Well that depends on how they act.
if they act like kids.....yes.
if they dont act like kids.....no.
The definition of 'adult' in my opinion is someone who is old enough to be responsible for their own actions. 18 year olds are adults. Many of them, however, are quite immature and seem to have the maturity of someone much younger.
Then again, many older adults are like that as well.

No, 18 year olds shouldn't be considered kids. Having said that, in a few years when my daughter is 18 I will still probably see her as a kid....I just wont tell her that.
In terms of "there are kids here" is because there is no confirmation of age or identity when signing up to this and plenty of other sites. And judging by some of the questions and answers on here it's obvious that there are plenty of kids on here.
By law in the US, you are considered an adult.
Just cuz the rules say you have to be 18, doesn't mean that kids younger than that don't get on here.
