we need certain nutrients from meat that are found much less in quantities in vegies...eg iron and vit b12

Vitamin A (for example) comes from animal sources (retinol) and plant sources (beta carotene). You need BOTH.

Eating all vegetables is not a fact for living a healthy life. Just speculation. Besides, I like food that tastes good.

The same reason people drink and/or smoke. Because they like it. I love meat. I might live longer if I dont eat it, but why live long if you're not living happy?

We're like bears....we're omnivorous.
