yes, I'm a big fan of hummus, I thought I was the only one. It's a required taste, you either like it or you don't. I make my own but I like getting it out at the restaurants too. I do with pita triangles warmed up...yummy!

Yes! I squeeze extra lemon into mine. I like it authentic though. My best friend is Jordanian and her mom whips up a mean hummus. I do slum it up though and get the store bought every once in a while when I am craving. Usually needs some doctoring though.
