OK, calm that ducky down! This is a serious situation! Take all the water out from the small plug from underneath him and then look him in the eye and ask him what's wrong!
If he still doesn't wanna bathe with you, take him to a duckiatrist! It should answer all your questions. He probably is getting to the stage where bathing with his best friend is no longer cool!
