No, I can get 20 points in a quick amount of time. It's not worth reporting anyone for it unless it's trolls.

I never noticed you get 20 points, either way that doesn't make it the least bit tempting. I've only reported someone once, he had a KKK avatar and used the N word in every sentence among other things. Like Chair Wizard said it's easy to get 20 points. Just need to answer 10 questions, and if you try to make an effort to say something constructive you, might get a lot more then 20 points out of them.
I've never run across something I felt I needed to report. If I did, I probably would though. It would have to go way over the line of appropriate for me to bother though.
I have only reported for someone who has disrespected the asker by cussing them out for no reason and then I block them
