Why does it take so long.....?!
Question: Why does it take so long for big companys and council etc to come back to you when you have an issue on a bill, or even send you your money back.... When they want there money straight away and wont leave you alone till they have it?

Hun they are to big and dont give a damn about us little people, they couldnt careless if they over charge you or mess up your bill, theys till going to take your money even if it means you cant eat for a week!
The state of the UK these days, Its crap if you work and are in that middle income section you are screwed every which way! and there is nothing you can do about it... anyway good luck x

Thats life...it was not always the case, but now it seems normal for there to be no consideration for the customer or user.....
well maybe when we owe them money we should set up a queuing system on our phones and when they finally get through deny all knowledge of the problem ever having existed.
I agree, it's happening with me this week with a certain power company whose name I won't mention (I had to change as they were charging too much).
That's the 'free market' for you!!!
They are always looking for mistakes and don't hesitate to give less facilities and grab more money,and when they have to pay they think what's hurry let it keep Little loner.It's a matter of habit?
