well I didn't but my sister in law did when she took the bar exam for the first time and passed and she thought she wasn't gonna pass

No, mostly I know everything but still manage to fail the test! Exams and I don't really get along...!
Yes! For instance, I went for my driving learners permit, and they make you take a test which I passed on the first try with 100%, but I still don't know how to drive! Also, this used to happen to me all the time in high school, especially in math.
