i was strict until they got to know me. lenient w/ some things but didnt want ppl walking all over me either
Both. I'd state what I'm not so iffy about, but I'd definitely state what would not be tolerated at any level.
what ever it takes to get to retirement... i'd be hanging on to my retirement with one hand and my @ss with the other, just like all school administrators and teachers do. thank god i'm not one of them.
