I wait generally...I may not like what they admit even though I know it already
i wait till there ready even though i can feel it to make sure.........
I give then a mental time limit. If they haven't told me by whatever amount of time I choose, then I confront them.

What I do is.just...(singing...)

I ask leading questions to see if the person admits it on his or her own.
If that doesn't have them fess up, then I confront.
I think it might work out better if they figure it out first.
That question depends on if u need to hear the person admit what you already know before u can accept it, or can you without hearing the person admit to it, do what you need/want to do regarding what u know and does this information affect u?
I'm known to tell it like it is... so nope.
