I really miss the good old days when the boards were still around and it was a free for all, at least things were honest.
I think that is a personal opinion as to what is "abuse" and "violation" or even "bad". Also, often people react differently to different situations depending on how they are feeling or what type of mood they are already in. Some people are also just touchy.

Bad stuff isn't the only violation. Also, chatting, having two accounts or more and other are also violations.

Unfortunately we have a problem in American culture. People feel justified to pick up a phone and report their neighbors for the slightest reason. As long as people feel secure in their anonymity they will do these kinds of things.
If you had to be responsible and explain your actions, you would not report people, just cause they annoy you.
ive only done it twice one was when a girl was asking sugesstions to kill herself the other was an answer a man was telling an eleven year old to have sex, i only do it when i can se its really wrong
ya know what i think if they just dont like your name or maybe whats on your profile, they become real a**holes and do things like that, it happens to me often but what the hell i dont really care, so look at it this way when they do it to you they leave some one else alone and so on you get my point.
Because in their feeble minds the questioner has asked a question that violates the community guidelines.
