How can you choose just one? He has written so many great ones! Christine was a favorite among many favorites, though. So was Cujo, The Stand, Dreamcatcher, Hearts in Atlantis, The Green Mile, and of course, The Dark Tower Series. On Writing was a long-overdue delight!
I love that he keeps a firm hand in his movies and doesn't allow anyone to make major changes to the original story. It always ticks me off when the movie is radically different from the book. I also always love when he does a cameo, you just never know where he'll pop up!
He is the master, the best writer of his genre of all time, bar none!

I'm not a huge fan of Stephen King but I did enjoy needful things
The Shining which is much better than the film which was helped made better by the wonderful Jack Nicholson.
