Well when I take a casserole out of the oven and tell my kids not to touch it I need to use the word "hot", so no, let's not banish it.

It all depends on your age. When I was growing up, that was the thing to say about good looking boys.
Now...Paris Hilton has made it popular again. Maybe PH never grew up. I no longer say it, and am a couple years older than her.
Kids will be Kids and will always say whats current. So NO. Get over it.
