There is a simple email address you can write to anytime, where there is someone who will try and help. There will be a shoulder waiting there; words of encouragement; many prayers, and maybe even a smile or two.
Use it as needed. I'm there for you.
Take St. John's Wort for two weeks. If it works, go see a doctor about your clinical depression. Or you can have a whiskey and self pity party. Enough whiskey, once not every day, is as good as electroshock therapy. And, when the hangover hits, you'll forget all about any other troubles you have.
