I want to know the most "WTF?" moment you had when in (or heading to) the local emergency room?
My most WTF moment at the ER was trying to explain Satanist as a religious preference.
i've only gone to the hospital when it was serious, so that means no wait and special care.
while i was giving birth a whole FRICKEN family of strangers walks into my room while i had my legs spread open and pushing and they knew they were in the wrong room and they still kept looking... i went off on them and it turns out that the staff gave them the wrong room #, so im like WTF?!
Luckily I haven't been beaten that badly where I had to go to the ER.
my friend invited me once as a third rider on the ambulance. Anyways we got this call and rush as fast as we can to this young couples house. Well when we get there we see that the guy was kinda looking wiered and a little shivering. They do a quick assessment on him and figure that there's nothing really wrong with him. So we start asking him a ton of questions and finally he comes clean. he stands up, very very slowly and suddenly ice cubes fall down from his shorts. So we kinda hold in our laughter and continue to his "real big problem". He turns around and pulls down his pants and underware... We saw this huge tail hanging from his butt, we kinda turn our heads and go... that's comming from inside his... so we ask him about it and he says that he just sat down on his meerkat like animal...(which was odd since more than half the animal had been 'inserted') anyways he continues to say that over the past couple of days he's just tried 'poop' it out....(i know lmao) but that its hasnt worked. Then he's told us that he's tried pulling it out but that the animal digs it's claws in him and wont budge...Which then gets us to think that the animal is still alive (That's when i go WTF?) so we take him to a hospital where we explain in explict detail to the doctors whats happening. so after a little seditive and a little bit of toggling they finally get the animal out...still alive(lmao) and covered in you know what. later we learned that the guy was charged with animal cruilty and that the Animal(i think it's called a pharite or something like that) was adopted by a family. Well, that for me was the biggest WTF moment of 2007! hope i didnt bable too much i tend to do that xD.
