Is there a stranger within us all?!
Question: I do think there is. I sometimes say or do things that are not at all like me and I wonder where it came from, It may be that I am tired or having a bad day, but I don't like using excuses as a way of getting out of something. I am who I am and that other person, is short tempered and not kind. When I feel that way, I know I need to get out and be alone for a while, find my center, speak with God, slow down my breathing and let go. It does not take long, I don't want that to take over who I am. I will have to see what the others say. Great question!
