I live in the middle east! Oil is cheap here! HAAHHA [= blame then natural resources on which your country's economy is based on!
Its amazing that when bush took office gas was 1.40 $ a gallon here. Now its 2.90. The big thing that is going on now is that these stock brokers are buying up the futures contracts on oil, speculating it will go up because of the usa/israel bombing iran.
usa/israel have isolated 1200 hard targets they want to take out.
So expect the gas to go up a little higher.
Seriously, I spend something like $35 to fill a Toyota ECHO for godssakes.

You wanna try living here in england about 80% tax is slapped on top of it we tried to blokade the fuel depots a few years ago the country came to a stand still and they were forced to relent but theyve krept them back up again oil companys are greedy b*stards.
It's crazy isn't it? It's one of those things that no matter how many times it's explained to me I still walk away shaking my head in disgust and confusion. (that makes me dizzy!)
