Yes, I've seen one once. A guy who was dead and I saw him walking on the street one day after he was dead and I didnt know this. He even turned around, saw me and smiled.... spooky.

the house i grew up in had one. the reason my garndfatehr got the house we grew up so cheap is a guy was murdered in the basement and you could feel the death residue there. as kids me and my brothers would turn the lights out on each other while in the basement and you could feel the darkness try to swallow you. I saw him 3 times growing up and it scared me half to death, lights would flicker and tv go off and on. my brother heard it talking one night . it was seriously just scary stuff
