Returning to my old job?!

Question: I left a job awhile ago stupidly because i have arthritis and had abit of pian. After a month i have rang back my boss to get my job back he said he would get back to me after a week. He just rang me ( after two days ) and told me " I just want to make this VERY clear that you are ok to do the same job, and you will have to sign a form, and we will trial you again for a month. But you have to be much faster and pick up the pase".

I was doing really well in the job and its the type of workplace where you are never fast enough..but i have no income, and i did like working there. What are your thoughts?

I would return. If I had a chance to return to my old job I would, instead of working the job I'm at now. I left my old job for pretty much the same reason. I was tired of being in pain everyday from all the lifting I did. But after stupidly leaving, I shortly realized what a mistake that was. The most you could do is give it another try.

Try what have you got to lose. In the off time look for a better job.

Take the gig !

go back until you find something better.

you will need cash to go around, i think you should take the job and after u r in the right track u can then look another job.

go back to it. i think it will be good for you. once you start back, if you get fired or something, you can always take legal action against them for discrimination. just file a complaint with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. good luck.

Give it your best

Most likely your Boss has talked to either higher ups or the insurance company, the company has. The item they want you to fill out is you are not going to sue them if you get hurt while at work. I have been in your Bosses shoes, I spent 30+ years in management. It may look like he is picking on you but he is looking out for the work that needs to get done. None of this is personal, and never take this as that. If you can do it go back, I would say.

Go for it!!!!!!

I would return to the job if you are feeling well.
