yes and yes...I love carbs...I eat enough sgetti to sink a battle ship....I'm shooting for under 2.45 this time....I'm also doing the iron man next year.
I have been to a pasta party--NOT having to do with a marathon. That's about it. I agree with Mark Twain who said, "I have never taken any exercise except sleeping and resting."
