Actually I didn't, but that could be because I haven't had my coffee yet so I'm not on top of my game.
If I have a problem at work I try to solve it myself, unless it's something that my superior should know about. If it involves my coworkers that he is directly overseeing or something to do with affecting my job performance, I talk to him about it. Stupid piddly things, I don't bother him with.
