I don't care what people wear. And I think that societal fashion norms varying so much depending upon gender is silly.

If a scottish accent comes with that kilt, I don't think that I would care...Even if he wasn't I would laugh because that would just be way too funny!
I'd tell him he looks terrible in plaid and let him borrow one of my skirts.
