I am the QUEEN of afternoon naps....sadly I only get them now on weekends ;(
I miss college...I used to take early-morning classes, then sleep all afternoon, get up and do homework and go to meetings and stuff in the evenings, party at night, wake up and do it all over again...
I can never sleep during the daytime and only a bit at night. I guess my work schedule has influenced my sleeping a lot.
I have a short one daily but I love taking a good long nap when it's my day off.
I sleep very bad at night some times not at all so I have to have an afternoon nap but even that is not all that good
i can not take afternoon naps unless i'm real sick
i just took a nap today, it only lasted about 5 min.... though
