At level 4, you should already know the answer to your question. The fact that you asked a generic question which has nothing to do with this "Entertainment..." forum, is a gosh-darned good reason for you getting a notice of violation!
What Yahoo needs to do is to police the questions - - alleged or otherwise - - more closely, or get rid of the violators! ;)
