Giichi from Blade of the Immortal, because he's not immortal, and he's a bald hitman wielding a chain with a large handcuff-like blade at the end. The blade works like a handcuff when attached to an enemy, and they can't get it off. All he does is pull the chain, and :SPLURSCHT: Bloody mess ;-)
err well seeing how I just starting watching anime and manga I'll say Orihime Inoue from Bleach or Eureka from Eureka Seven. I plan on buying both when i get the cash = )
