What should you do if you think your co-work is the in Bloods gang?!
Question: My 50 something year old co-worker always wears a red bandana on casual Friday. She wears it around her neck. I'm not sure if that is gang related or if she just got back from the groomers. I'm concern for my life. I'm thinking about going to HR about this. What do you think I should do? I feel the need to mention to you that she has an ugly cat stuffed animal on her desk and you press its paw and it sounds like its dying. Please help!!

That cat thing sounds creepy. Who cares if she's in a gang... people with stuffed animals as desk decoration should be removed from the general public.

look, as long as they are good workers and have good work ethics, it shouldn't matter what they do in they're private life. As long as people don't bring their baggage to work, then you shouldn't care. and as for the cat, some people like a dark sense of humor, that's one thing about life, not everyone can be he same as you(thank goodness).
kidnap the cat when she goes to lunch...leave a ransom note typed from someone else's PC (preferably someone you don't like)...then see if she brings the gang in to bust him out. Then you can go to H/R.

First thing...a female who is 50 something isn't going to hurt you. Did she threaten you? you are going to get an innocent person fired for no reason if you go to HR. If she was in a gang at least she has enough sense to get a job. Obviously your job isn't fulfilling enough you should quit! (why are you watching what she wears ever Friday? My boss wears this same blue tie every day. I think he may be a crip! should I report him? LOL) Mind your business, she isn't thinking about you. Just do your job.
