What smell brings back a happy memory from your childhood?!

I could see it lit as I approached, it was unusual because both my parents worked and generally no-one was home. When I walked in my mom was ironing and a roast was in the oven. I could smell the spray starch and the roast each perfectly and seperately. To this day I feel the warmth I felt that day whenever I think about the senses that were filled.
