i think everyone is harder on there own self image then others.

I think everybody tends to be slightly over critical about themselves, and we also notice things about ourselves that other people wont, and even though we kind of know this, we are still self conscience about it.

No cuz we tend to be more critical of ourselves than others. Like sometimes I think I look bad and they think I look good and then vice versa. So it can be confusing.
