I am a very light sleeper. Since I sleep on the lowest level in my house, I can hear the people on the levels above me walking around. That always wakes me up, so I don't ususally get much sleep at night.

most of the time im a heavy sleeper, but if you make like a small noise i'll wake up.. but if its a big noise i can sleep through it... i dont know why...
Im a light sleeper...if i hear even someone talking in the kitchen, i wake up AND my room is upstairs!!!!!
